Tips:

3. The motors of this blind all need 2.4Ghz network. Requires a Broadlink RM Pro+ or Bond hub (not included) to connect to Alexa and Google Home.
4. Charging motor: built-in lithium battery, please use it indoors. After being fully charged, the charging motor can maintain at least 600 cycles, and the first full charge takes about 10 hours. It can be fully charged in about 3-4 hours after the second time
5. The smart motor will be equipped with a 3-meter-long USB charging cable
6. By default, since the high-fiber fabric is hidden in the reel, the stroke will be set according to the height of the roller blind. If you still need a specific height, please leave us a message.

The remote control is basically programmed before shipment. ZSTARR provides a 2-year warranty for motors and controllers. For any damage or failure of the motor or control device in the previous 2 years, we will provide free repair or replacement. Warranty year extension service is also provided on the customized page.
