With over 10 years experience in reclaimed barn wood furniture production we are able to offer the highest quality mantel made from these one of a kind timbers that have been saved from century old barns. Each barn beam mantel is unique in its own way with as much of its natural aged appearance preserved as possible. Reclaimed timbers have a one of a kind rustic character that simply cannot be reproduced. Each barn beam mantel we provide has antique natural colors, with old saw marks, black nail holes, old mortise joint pockets, and the nostalgic appearance that just can be replicated with modern distressing techniques. To turn these reclaimed timbers into our one of kind barn beam mantels each piece is safely harvested, cut to its respective size, ends distressed to match, treated for insects, meticulously sanded to preserve its natural antique features but still having a smooth and sliver free surface. The signature look of these barn beam mantels is the unique color tones that come alive with our oil based finish. Each barn beam mantel is different but will be similar in color and look to those pictured. We do not use any stain and the color of each beam is its own natural color produced from age. Hardware is not included.
